Under the leadership of the party, government and hospital leaders of the hospital, the office earnestly implements the principles and policies of the Party and the state in personnel management, is responsible for the management of the hospital's human resources and human resources, and strives to provide a full range of services for the clinical teaching and research line and the majority of patients。

Job responsibilities

1.Conscientiously implement the principles and policies of the Party and the State in personnel management, establish and improve the hospital personnel management system and management methods, and establish a systematic, standardized and scientific human resources management system。

2.Assist Party committee departments to do a good job in talent introduction and cadre training, assessment and selection。

3.In accordance with the national labor and wage policy and relevant regulations, do a good job of salary promotion and adjustment of all levels of staff, as well as all kinds of subsidies accounting, examination and approval。

4.According to the relevant regulations of the state and the province, do a good job in the establishment of hospitals and personnel, as well as open recruitment, talent introduction and other work。

5.Organize and implement pre-job training for new employees and annual training for all staff of functional departments。

6.Assist employees to make career planning, and actively do a good job of career management。

7.In accordance with the national regulations on the management of professional titles, responsible for the evaluation, appointment and post-employment management of professional and technical personnel of the institute。

8.Responsible for the daily attendance, leave, leave, retirement, transfer, resignation and other procedures, as well as annual assessment, reward and punishment and appraisal work。

9.In accordance with the provincial regulations on post employment management, do a good job in the employment of all staff。

10.Responsible for the appointment of external and rehired experts in the hospital。

11.To be responsible for the use, sorting, archiving, storage and transfer of the archives of all employees and retirees of the hospital。At the same time, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of superiors, do a good job of personnel agency and talent flow。

12.Responsible for the political examination of ordinary workers, and issue various certificates according to regulations。

13.Do a good job in the management of the establishment of foreign contract workers and the "demonstration base for employment and internship of college graduates in Yunnan Province"。

14.We will do a good job in receiving and replying to letters and visits from the masses concerning labor and personnel。

15.Responsible for clinical medical school teaching staff personnel information, attendance reporting, professional title promotion, retirement management, personnel recruitment, year-end assessment, post assignment and post appointment and other related personnel work。
