十、The diagnosis certificate or disease introduction form written by the trainees shall be reviewed and signed by the supervising physician。A doctor in training may not provide medical certificates such as referral, disability appraisal, family planning, or job exchange。

十一、The trainees should take good care of the hospital's public property and medical, teaching and scientific research materials, strictly implement the protective medical system, and have no right to borrow, collect, take or bring hospital medical records,X光片、CTFilm and other data and specimens。
