The Nursing Department is the organization and management of nursing work, and is responsible for the management of nursing quality, nursing research and nursing teaching。The hospital implements three-level management under the leadership of the deputy director of the nursing department, the head nurse of the department and the head nurse. The nursing department has 1 director, 1 deputy director, 6 head nurses (concurrently), 2 full-time nursing quality control personnel, 2 nursing officers, and 34 head nurses in the whole hospital。The nursing department consists of disinfection supply Center, clinical nursing support and security Center, and admission preparation center。Managers at all levels have clear responsibilities。

In 2012 and 2013, the "Nursing" of our hospital was successively established as the "Twelfth Five-Year" key specialty training unit of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the "Twelfth Five-Year" national clinical key specialty,Training of nursing personnel in TCM,Development and application innovation of TCM suitable technology,Great progress has been made in the implementation, application, summary, nursing research and health education of TCM nursing programs,The result of the construction of the specialty is remarkable。

The hospital conscientiously implemented the outline of the 12th Five-Year nursing development plan, paid attention to the construction of the nurse team, gradually established the nursing personnel allocation plan, and clarified the requirements for hierarchical training and assessment of nurses。Implement the "Nurses Regulations" and create a good environment for nurses to practice。Attaches great importance to the training of nursing personnel, and since 2012, a large number of nurses and head nurses have been sent abroad to study critical and critical care and specialized nursing。In 2014, according to the selection conditions of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, two nurses were selected to participate in the training of the national backbone of traditional Chinese medicine nursing personnel。Organize the nursing staff of the hospital to actively participate in the continuing education of the master's degree of the same academic degree of the in-service staff of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015。Through the systematic training of nurses at all levels in various forms, the standardized training mode of TCM for clinical nurses is becoming more and more mature。

All departments actively carry out nursing services with TCM characteristics to improve nurses' TCM nursing ability。The characteristics and advantages of TCM nursing are further highlighted, and the overall nursing concept, dialectical nursing concept of TCM nursing and the advantages of TCM health care in disease prevention and health care are better played。To explore and carry out continuous nursing services, we took the lead in opening a TCM nursing clinic in our province in July 2014。We have continued to carry out high-quality nursing services and increased a number of high-quality nursing service guarantee measures。Nursing services around the "patient-centered" service concept, the implementation of the "responsibility system of holistic nursing" work mode, to provide patients with seamless quality nursing services。In 2013, it was awarded the title of "National Advanced Unit of Quality Nursing Service"。Pay attention to sustainable development, establish and constantly improve the TCM characteristics evaluation system。Comprehensively revised and standardized the quality control standards of TCM nursing work in our hospital, close to the clinical reform of nursing quality control methods and inspection methods, and promote continuous improvement of nursing quality。

Attaching importance to scientific research teaching and personnel training, nursing research teams are set up for full-time nursing undergraduates to enhance and drive the scientific research awareness of nursing staff in the school。In the past three years, the quantity and quality of nursing papers and research projects have increased year by year。25 projects were initiated at the hospital level, 3 at the department level, and 1 at the provincial level。Published 104 papers。As a teaching hospital, it has 131 part-time teachers, undertakes the teaching tasks of day school and adult education of Nursing School of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and receives more than 200 undergraduate and junior college nursing interns from many medical colleges and universities inside and outside the province every year。Continue to maintain the exchange and cooperation relationship with the Nursing School of Prince Songkhla University in Thailand, establish the intention of cooperation in clinical nursing personnel training, scientific research, teaching and other aspects, and send 2 nurses to Thailand to study for master's and doctor's degrees in nursing。

Actively carry out external exchanges. As the general Hospital of Yunnan TCM Medical Group, our hospital has played a leading role in TCM nursing management and clinical nursing in the province through matching support, short-term training courses and advanced study of specialist nurses, and has improved its influence in the TCM system in the province。Nursing staff of all member units also strengthen communication and learning through QQ groups, and build a harmonious development atmosphere of TCM nursing in Yunnan Province。

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for nursing management and business guidance of the whole hospital under the leadership of the vice president in charge。

2. According to the overall goals and work plans of the hospital and the actual situation of the nursing work of the hospital, formulate the nursing work plan of the hospital, conscientiously organize the implementation after approval by the director in charge, and make a summary and evaluation。

3. Formulate the nursing service concept according to the functional tasks of the hospital, establish and improve various rules and regulations, standardize the operation process of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing, emergency plans, traditional Chinese medicine nursing programs for advantageous diseases, formulate various nursing quality control standards and responsibilities of all levels of personnel。

4. The management of the nursing department takes nursing quality management as the main line. According to the quality control standards, the quality of clinical nursing work in the hospital is inspected, analyzed, rectified and summarized every month, and continuous improvement is made to form a complete quality control system。

5. Formulate on-the-job training plans for all types of personnel at all levels, consolidate the "three basics", strengthen safety education and specialized training, integrate traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and humanistic nursing, enhance specialized knowledge, and comprehensively improve the service skills of nursing teams。

6, give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, fully implement the "patient-centered" responsibility system of overall nursing, carry out high-quality nursing work with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, and constantly improve the evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing characteristics, so that it is closer to the clinic and close to the patient。

7. Regularly organize on-the-job training for nurses in the hospital, such as professional learning, professional ward rounds and technical operation training of Chinese and western medicine nursing, and pay attention to the construction of specialized nurses' echelons and disciplines。

8. Continuously improve the nursing defect management system, register, report, analyze and rectify nursing defects。

9. Regularly hold head nurse meetings, organize administrative ward rounds and office meetings of the nursing department, often (at least twice a week) go deep into the clinical front line, check and coordinate the actual problems of the clinical departments, timely understand various information, and do a good job in dynamic management。

10. Often go deep into the clinical front line, solve practical problems in clinical nursing work, and care about nurses。
